The mode lives inside Warzone and is free for every player. Once the route is live, the plane is filled from the routed region's pool and your squad drops in with everyone else in it.
There are no loadout drops in Black Ops Royale. Weapons upgrade by rarity from ground loot and supply boxes, so a calmer plane is time to build a full kit before the first circle closes.
Warzone re-reads your recent results. When lobbies stiffen, flip the Location Randomiser for a fresh exit city or switch to Strict NAT and shrink the pool the matchmaker can hand you.
