Terms of Service

1. The service

BotLobbies is a suite of gaming tools delivered through a desktop app and console network profiles. It includes our routing platform — a VPN, Geo Fence, Location Randomizer and NAT Switcher that change the network region and routing your games use — alongside optional gameplay tools such as aim assistance, anti-recoil, rank and XP automation (RankRocket) and controller emulation (Eazy Mapper). You choose which tools to switch on. The routing tools change your network route only and do not alter game files; the gameplay tools assist or automate your in-game inputs and play, and are used at your discretion (see sections 6 and 7).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding contract. By subscribing you confirm the billing details you provide are accurate and yours to use.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Subscriptions are sold in 1-month, 6-month and 12-month terms and renew automatically at the end of each term at the then-current price, until cancelled. You can turn off renewal at any time from your account dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid term. Prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable taxes.

4. Acceptable use

Use BotLobbies for your own lawful gameplay. Don't resell, share or sublicense your subscription, attempt to circumvent licensing, or use the service to break the law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or charge back legitimate payments.

5. Licence

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the BotLobbies software for your own gameplay for the duration of your paid term. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, distribute, reverse-engineer or attempt to circumvent the licensing of the software. All intellectual property in BotLobbies — including the apps, branding and content — remains ours or our licensors'.

6. No guaranteed results

Matchmaking is driven by many factors outside our control. We significantly raise the probability of lower-skill, lower-latency lobbies, but we do not and cannot guarantee any specific lobby, win rate or in-game outcome. Marketing figures describe typical capability, not a promise.

7. Games & account risk

BotLobbies is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher. Using a VPN or changing your region is not, in itself, prohibited by the major publishers' terms, and our routing software does not touch game files. Our gameplay tools — including aim assistance, anti-recoil, rank and XP automation, and controller emulation — affect or automate in-game play and may breach the terms of service of the games you use. Using them could lead to penalties imposed by a publisher, up to and including account suspension or a ban. You are responsible for complying with the rules of the games you play, and you use all BotLobbies tools entirely at your own risk.

8. Third-party sites & partners

Our website and apps may link to, or integrate with, third-party websites and services we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, availability or practices; accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms. Any dealings you have with a third party are solely between you and them.

9. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel renewal anytime from your dashboard. Subscription purchases are non-refundable; a renewal charge can be refunded if you contact us within 48 hours of the transaction. Cancelling stops future charges and your access continues to the end of the paid term. Full details are in our Refund Policy, and your statutory rights are unaffected.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Siplifi Group Ltdand its officers and staff from any claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, or your breach of any third party's rights or any game's terms of service.

11. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of game progress, account actions taken by a game publisher, or matters outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

12. Governing law & final provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in full force; our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it; and these terms are the entire agreement between us about the service.
