Refund Policy
1. Subscription purchases
We do not offer refunds on PC or console subscription purchases. When you buy a subscription you get immediate access to the software and your licence key, so the purchase is non-refundable — except for renewals as set out below, or where the law requires otherwise.
2. Renewal refunds (within 48 hours)
Subscriptions renew automaticallyuntil you cancel. If a renewal charges you and you didn't intend to continue, you can request a refund of that renewal payment provided you contact us within 48 hours of the transaction. After 48 hours, renewal charges are non-refundable.
3. Cancelling renewal
You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your account dashboard. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately and your access continues until the end of the term you've already paid for. Cancelling on its own is not a refund — to avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your term ends.
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with your order number, within the 48-hour renewal window. We process approved refunds back to your original payment method; your bank typically shows the funds within 5–10 business days.
5. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes your statutory rights. BotLobbies is a digital service supplied immediately on purchase, and by buying and starting to use it you agree that supply begins right away. Where mandatory consumer law gives you rights that go beyond this policy, those rights still apply.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us first — almost every issue is resolved faster by email than by a chargeback. Raising a chargeback for a service you've used, instead of contacting us, may result in your account being suspended.
